Letter from the Builder
Brighton Homes began business in 2003 as the brainchild of Les Mitchell, owner of Mitchco, Inc, a
custom builder in the TRIAD for 30+ years, and Greg Williams, formerly of Mulvaney Homes, Inc., a
large tract builder out of Charlotte NC.
Our concept is simple. We wanted to combine the quality and customer service of a custom builder withthe economies of scale that the production builders used to control the price. We felt there was a niche for a semi-custom builder, offering flexibility, great workmanship and innovative plans at a reasonable price.
Brighton Homes has expanded upon this basic concept. We are willing to modify plans however
necessary to meet the demands and desires of our clients. We offer amenities even in our lower priced townhomes one expects in more expensive homes. Pricing and amenity incentives have been expanded, and we are doing whatever it takes to get the homeowner to choose us.
Our customers are telling us that the quality we offer is obvious and it’s what they want. Keeping our customers happy to be a Brighton Home owner is what makes us proud.
